Who we are

the pplAGI service at pplagi.com. Contact: hello@pplagi.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the intake form: your name, email, optional mobile number, what you do,
your biggest bottleneck, the tools you use, your weekly admin hours, what done looks like in 90
days, and how you heard about us.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you load the site, including IP address and
page requests, kept by our hosting provider for security and traffic measurement.
- If you become a client: the information needed to configure your agent, which you approve
system by system before anything connects.
Why we collect it
To read your intake, reply to you, run the intake call, build and tune your agent, and improve
the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to train third party models.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes page requests.
- Tally collects the intake form and forwards each submission to us.
- Google (Workspace) holds our mailbox and the pipeline spreadsheet.
Where it lives and how long we keep it
Your data is held in a Google Workspace account that we set up and manage for you, on Google
infrastructure in the United States. The content in it belongs to you, not to us. We keep intake
submissions for 12 months, then delete them. Client data is kept for the life of the engagement
plus 30 days.
Who inside pplAGI can read it
The named pplAGI advisor assigned to your account, and the operator who builds and tunes your
agent. Nobody else. Access is logged.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@pplagi.com.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the footer of that email.
- You do not have to give us your mobile number, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. If we ever add an analytics tool
that uses cookies, this section will say so before it goes live.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and, for anything material, tell
clients by email.
