Terms of service

Last updated 22 October 2026.

The service

pplAGI builds and operates a personal agent for you, configured around your work and your life, and reviewed and tuned by a human advisor. What is included is described on the site and confirmed in writing at the start of your engagement.

Beta terms

Access and your responsibilities

What we do not promise

The agent assists. It does not replace professional judgment. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or accounting advice, and output should be reviewed before you rely on it. During beta, a person reviews outbound before it leaves; after beta, review settings are confirmed with you in writing.

Fees

Fees are billed weekly in advance by ACH direct debit or card. Late or failed payment can pause the service. We will give at least 30 days notice before any price change, and your beta rate is locked for the full year in any case.

Your data and our work

Your data stays yours. On request we will export it and then delete it. The configuration, prompts, and tuning work we build for you are ours; the information and access you bring are yours.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end the engagement as described above. On the end date we revoke our own access, return your data on request, and delete what we are not required to keep.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and disputes are handled in DeKalb County, Georgia.
